Coming to live here in Australia faces you with many question and decisions, but maybe the most important one is a question of precisely defining your opinion about Vegemite. You might often be asked in various occasions if you have tried it, did you like it, do you use it and how often and what is your overall opinion on Vegemite. At one of these occasions I heard a story from a girl who came to live in Australia as a child -her mother was making sandwiches for her and her brother, spreading Vegemite in thick layers telling them "It's like peanut butter" before trying it herself. Kids were crying but she didn't care about it, she thought kids were just capricious. This is a painting of her story.
As far as I am concerned, I like Vegemite, I use it often and I especially like its label.
